We are a fee-only advisor, meaning that we do not receive commission or any form of compensation from financial products/companies we recommend. And we do not charge a percentage of clients’ invested assets, either. Therefore, we are not bound to any specific financial products/companies, which allows us to work for the utmost interest of our clients and provide professional service, regardless of the amount of money one has.

Fees
Our fees are structured similarly to the ones of CPAs or attorneys.
1. Hourly Service
Rates: $250/hr.
2. Flat Fee Service
Often times, it may be economical for clients to pay a fixed fee based on a project, rather than paying hourly. No ongoing fees or services.
- Holistic financial plan: $3,500~$5,500, depending on complexity
- Small business retirement plan establishment & basic admin. training:
- Individual 401(k), SIMPLE IRA, SEP IRA: $1,700
- Solo 401(k) (“mega backdoor” contribution avail.): $2,000
- Safe Harbor 401(k): $2,700
- Extra if the company’s existing 401(k) plan is transferred to a new one or more than one employee education session is required.
3. Comprehensive service
This is for clients who want comprehensive financial planning and ongoing management. We’ll closely monitor all aspects of clients’ finance and have regular meetings. One-time engagement fee of $3,500 ~ $5,500 PLUS monthly fees between $150~$999, depending on the complexity and expected amount of time to manage. Business plan rates differ.
